– In five years, there will be 300 of us. It's a tough challenge, but a completely realistic goal.

– A place at the highest level of the league was extremely important for us. In the past, we lost young talent because we couldn't give them the opportunity to play at the highest level.

– I don't think it's a coincidence that we attract people from many different countries and cultures. I think it has to do with the fact that we are a Finnish-Swedish club. The attitude is more open, and everyone is welcome.
