Joy of gaming

is the core of our operations. MBF strives to create the conditions for the joy of our members, so that training and playing are fun and encouraging. The joy of playing motivates us to give our best. It gives positive energy that strengthens us both as individuals and as a community. We treat each other equally and listen to everyone's valuable opinions. Together we can go far and create an encouraging atmosphere.

Fair play

is the core of our values. We promote a culture of play where honesty, respect and sportsmanship are central. We show respect to fellow players, opponents and referees. We create an atmosphere where every match is an opportunity for fair play, and where both winners and losers are polite to each other. We create a supportive, open and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome from different countries and cultures. In this way, we strengthen the bonds between players, coaches and members of our club and create a safe environment where everyone can develop and enjoy themselves. Fair play also includes everyone helping in the administration of the club, especially in organizing competitions and other events.

Purposefulness

is a way of working and motivation guides us when we compete, face challenges and together we dare to test our limits. We support each other in training, competitions and all club activities. We set challenging but realistic goals both as a club and as players and work systematically to achieve them. A strong junior program with professional coaches and the opportunity to represent MBF up to the championship level are key goals for us. Together we build a club where everyone is encouraged to give their best and develop both as players and as MBF members.
