Ildiko Kadar will start as MBF's club coordinator at the beginning of June 2025. MBF's operations have expanded and are intended to grow to the point that the board is no longer able to run the club's operations alone. Ildiko is responsible for MBF's operational management on a part-time basis. 

Ildiko manages MBF's operations and, in collaboration with the chairman, obtains funding from foundations and public bodies, prepares annual plans, budgets and reports, and develops coaching activities, while also being the supervisor of the club's coaches.

Ildiko also coaches juniors and organizes them together with Andrei Räisänen and Jarkko Lundström and MBF camps. In collaboration with Riku Solapuro, Ildiko markets the club's activities to potential sponsors and together with Thomas Hallbäck she increases MBF's publicity. Ildiko contributes to the organization of competitions – especially the Pongfinity Cup – together with Jon Eriksson and the rest of the board.

Table tennis is a big part of Ildiko's family. Her father is a table tennis player and coach in Hungary, her daughter Kamilla is one of Finland's most promising juniors, her husband is an avid fan of the sport, and Ildiko herself is the Finnish Veterans' Singles and Mixed Doubles Champion from 2025. Her table tennis expertise will be put to great use.
